Class Descriptions

Tumble Bunnies (ages 2-3)

 This 30 minute is a 30 minute progressive class for toddlers that  develops balance and coordination, works on gross and fine motor skills,  as well as building physical and social skills 

Tumble Bees (ages 4-5)

 This 45-minute class is a progressive  class that teaches introductory  skills such as forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels,  round-offs, and bridges. As well as developing physical and social skills.

Tumble Bugs (ages 5-6)

This 60-minute class is a beginner level class for ages 5-6 that teaches introductory  skills such as forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels,  round-offs, and bridges. 

Level 1

This 60-minute class is a beginner level class that teaches introductory  skills such as forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels,  round-offs, and bridges. 

Level 2

This 60 minute class is an intermediate level class that focuses on  acquiring skills such as round off back handspring and standing back  handspring as well as beginning standing back tucks. This is the  foundation for advances skills, with a focus on body awareness, motor  skills, flexibility, control, and proper technique. 

Level 3

 This 60 minute class is an advanced level tumbling class that focuses on  acquiring and perfecting skills such as standing tucks, back handspring  back tucks, layouts, and fulls, standing fulls and double fulls.  Requirements are standing back handspring and round off back handspring  series with out a spot. 

Level 4/5

This 60 minute class is an advanced level tumbling class that focuses on  acquiring and perfecting skills such as standing tucks, back handspring  back tucks, layouts, and fulls, standing fulls and double fulls.  Requirements are round off back handspring tuck, punch front and round  off back handspring series to tuck on the spring floor with out a spot. 

What to wear

Most athletes wear comfortable shorts and tank/t-shirt, some, especially the younger ones may wear a leotard. At this time we require all feet to be covered, so athletes must wear socks, or socks/tennis shoes.
