Open to ALL

Open Gym is a great open format that allows the athlete to work on skills that they are developing and perfecting on their own time. Each open gym is staffed for help with technique and to offer spotting for those that need it. Whether you are working on a tumbling skill, jumps, or want to bring in friends to stunt, open gym is open to ages 10-up (due to safety). We will have open gyms available to younger athletes at times as well.

  • Most Sundays 2-3:30pm (check our social media for weekly updates)
  • Pre-Registration is currently required for Open Gym
